The story of Quarticon began in 2010 with a group of IT analysts and AI enthusiasts who, while working on using data to optimize sales for large corporations (now known as CDP), quickly discovered a market niche in the e-commerce industry where traditional CDP solutions couldn’t keep up due to the speed of decision-making.
From CDP-type solutions...
They discovered that newly established online stores need more than just knowledge combined with tools, analytics, and a long decision-making process.
... to agentic AI
These tools were the key—tools for collecting data in real time and driving marketing and sales processes with minimal human involvement.
In response to this market need, Quarticon’s first product was born – intelligent product recommendations.
The Early Years
In 2010, we were a garage startup, and just seven years later, we occupied one of the top floors of an office building in the heart of Warsaw. Every day, our qualified team of specialists works to advance our technology and our clients’ e-businesses, making online shopping a better experience.
New successful products, ...
And so began our mission to empower online stores with the powerful force of modern technology. Following this path, we developed additional products that, thanks to various features and integration with our flagship tool, gained an element of innovation. These include, among others, an AI search engine.
... but also the unsuccessful ones
Among the unsuccessful products, we should mention the attempt to enter the online advertising market with our own programmatic platform (which actually performed quite well in 2014–2015) and the attempt to build a jack-of-all-trades CDXP platform. These projects were abandoned around 2021.
Reorganization
Investments in the development of unsuccessful products necessitated a reorganization, which took place in 2024–2025. As a result, Quarticon’s operations had to be separated from the company of the same name listed on the NewConnect market, which ultimately filed for insolvency.
Development since late 2025
We are currently developing our flagship products and launching new ones.
Recent new releases include innovative AI-powered emails and the highly creative Storefront.
Did you know, that...

Quarticon was established before Open AI
We have been developing our product recommendation and content models since 2010 – well before the emergence of GPT generative models.
This is because we operate in a different sector that had already been developing for much longer: predictive AI (pAI), rather than generative AI (such as ChatGPT). Learn more about predictive AI here.
Quarticon performs hundreds of millions of calculations a day
And behind all this lies a powerful technological architecture.
Processing large user and product matrices involves distributed computing systems for training models, managing GPU/CPU clusters, and handling data flows.
The need for rapid model updates also requires caching systems. This is one of the reasons why e-commerce platforms cannot offer AI recommendations, but only simple rules.
