QUARTICON
Quarticon has been developing and delivering AI tools for ecommerce since 2010.
Our flagship products include an AI product recommendation engine and the AI Smart Search engine.
Our product offering is constantly expanding. Every store can find something that suits its needs.

Quarticon’s history began in 2010 with a group of analysts and AI enthusiasts who, while working on using data to optimize sales and customer retention for large corporations in the banking and telecommunications sectors, quickly discovered a market niche in e-commerce, where traditional CDP solutions were unable to cope due to the speed at which decisions needed to be made.
It was discovered that newly established online stores needed more than knowledge combined with tools, analytics and lengthy decision-making processes.
QUARTICON’S MISSION
Delivering modern tools for e-commerce that increase customer engagement and sales.
In other words, we build, implement and develop tools for e-commerce – technologies equipped with AI and machine learning algorithms, enabling those responsible for the growth of an online store to accurately identify customer needs, conduct personalized communication, build long-term relationships and optimize the customer journey, ultimately increasing sales.
THE FIRST AI IN E-COMMERCE
Tools were the key – tools for collecting data in real time and managing marketing and sales processes with minimal human involvement. In response to this market need, Quarticon’s first product was created – an AI product recommendation engine.
In 2010, we were a garage-based company; just seven years later, we occupied one of the highest floors of an office building in the very center of Warsaw. Every day, our qualified team of specialists works to develop our technology and our clients’ e-businesses, making online shopping a better experience.
And so began our mission to empower online stores with the powerful potential of modern technology. Following this path, we developed further products which, thanks to various enhancements and integration with the first flagship tool, gained an innovative edge. These included an AI search engine.
UNSUCCESSFUL PROJECTS TOO
Among the unsuccessful products, mention should be made of an attempt to enter the online advertising market with our own programmatic platform (which performed reasonably well in 2014–2015), as well as an attempt to build an all-in-one CDXP platform. These projects were abandoned around 2021.
Investments in the development of unsuccessful products led to the need for a reorganization, which took place in 2024–2025. As a result, Quarticon’s operations had to be separated from the company of the same name listed on the NewConnect market, which was ultimately dissolved.
DEVELOPMENT 2025+
We are currently developing our flagship products and bringing new ones to market. Recent innovations include innovative AI emails and the highly creative Storefront.

On our blog
- In the latest version of the Quarticon Smart Search engine, we introduced several new features, including the new Rules Dashboard
- In Quarticon, we are developing our recommendation engine so that it also works effectively when a user does not consent to profiling
- Search can remain fast, convenient, and effective even when the user has not consented to any tracking mechanisms
- How does marketing automation not work in e-commerce? It can fail for several reasons: it is triggered at the wrong time, in the wrong place, with the wrong product
- Recommendations and recommendation engines. Simple explained. The question is about conversion, sales and how to stop causing harm to your users immediately.
- 3 main problems from the store's perspective that make Klaviyo, despite doing more than other systems in e-commerce, still not enough
