Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. informs that today, i.e. May 04, 2021, they received confirmation of signing a contract with Trolley.com.kw stores (grocery stores chain) for recommendation engine. In total (including the above-mentioned of the agreement) in April this year the Company acquired 10 subscriptions* of the total vale of 216 k PLN (47,3 k EUR) on an annual basis. The conditions for the implementation of the above-mentioned contracts, including the possibility of withdrawing from them or breaching their terms, do not differ from the terms commonly used for this type of contract.
Conclusion of the above-mentioned contracts are the result of the the sales strategy based on the partnerships agreements. In the opinion of the Company, the above the contracts will have an impact on the further improvement of the Company’s results in the current quarter. The Management Board of the Company expects to maintain at least a similar growth dynamics in the coming months.
