Update content after sending

Does AI-mails enable segmentation?
Building user segments is one of the most important features of any marketing automation system.
However, Quarticon’s AI-mails does not need it. For us, each user is a separate segment. Regardless of whether you send an email to all subscribers or to a specific segment, it will be additionally personalized at the level of each individual recipient.
Does AI-mails enable triggering mailings?
We have reserved this area for marketing automation systems. You decide when to send an email, for example, if a user has not completed a purchase and needs to be reminded about it – and we will embed the abandoned cart there.

No, AI-mails works with any Marketing Automation (MA) system. These can be sophisticated multi-module systems as well as simpler systems that only handle the sending of emails.
The marketing automation system should have a so-called token function, i.e. be able to dynamically replace tokens with field values in the database. This is sufficient to introduce individually personalised content into emails. In addition, the system should support campaigns (triggered by a specific event) in order to fully exploit the possibilities of handling so-called abandoned cart.
As the name says, Quarticon AI-mails uses machine learning to predict customer behaviour and suggest products (or content). So we help tailor content based on user engagement patterns and behaviour and, in the case of ecommerce, complete the transaction.
No, the service selects content / products to achieve maximum effectiveness from the content / products already available.
We will not write the entire content of an email, generate the title of an email or optimise the sending time of such an email. Insofar as these functionalities are necessary, they should be taken care of by the Marketing Automation system.
We can provide this information to the MA system (e.g., so that it knows the discount on products offered to a specific subscriber and can apply it in the title), but this requires integration. So it is possible, but we lose the beauty of “no integration”
