Luna Bazaar’s website is their online business card: made with attention to the finest detail. Therefore, they expected their recommendation engine to be made with the best precision.

At the same time, Luna Bazaar’s founders wanted to receive a ready-to-use product which does not require any efforton their part and can be integrated with Magento 2.0. We took most of the integration work on our shoulders to make it sure that our customer will receive technically correct and complete product. WiseRobot Team (business partner based in Vietnam) knew exactly that they can fully trust us.

To meet the expectations of a demanding client and to be a reliable partner for our friends at WiseRobot, we had to design a recommendation system that perfectly matches e-store interface and works effectively from the very first day.

However, these were not the only challenges for QuarticON Team. Luna Bazaar has a very wide offering, with many variations of the same product. Our goal was to develop an intelligent algorithm that would handle multiple variations of the same product, recognizing which one should be recommended to the right customers at the right time.
