No, AI-mails (RSA service) works with any Marketing Automation (MA) system. These can be sophisticated multi-module systems as well as simpler systems that only handle the sending of emails.
The marketing automation system should have a so-called token function, i.e. be able to dynamically replace tokens with field values in the database. This is sufficient to introduce individually personalised content into emails. In addition, the system should support campaigns (triggered by a specific event) in order to fully exploit the possibilities of handling so-called abandoned cart.

As the name says, X uses machine learning to predict customer behaviour and suggest products (or content). So we help tailor content based on user engagement patterns and behaviour and, in the case of ecommerce, complete the transaction.
No, the service selects content / products to achieve maximum effectiveness from the content / products already available. We will not write the entire content of an email, generate the title of an email or optimise the sending time of such an email. Insofar as these functionalities are necessary, they should be taken care of by the Marketing Automation system. The service is also under continuous development.
